Any applicable shipping charges are displayed before you complete your purchase.

We may update prices for future purchases. Price changes do not apply retrospectively to orders we have already accepted.

3. Orders and Payments

Please provide accurate and complete contact, billing, and shipping information. If you notice an error after ordering, contact us promptly. Changes may not be possible once an order has been processed or dispatched.

We may decline or cancel an order because of suspected fraud, an unauthorized payment, unavailable inventory, a material pricing error, or information that prevents us from fulfilling the order.

If we identify a material pricing error, we will notify you and offer the option to proceed at the correct price or cancel. We will not charge an additional amount without your agreement.

If we cancel a paid order, we will refund all amounts collected for the canceled order to the original payment method. For a partial cancellation, we will refund the canceled items and any associated charges that no longer apply.

Available payment methods are displayed at checkout. Payments are processed through applicable third-party payment providers.

To request an order cancellation, email support@vevajoy.com as soon as possible. If the order has already been dispatched, please follow our Returns & Exchanges Policy. This does not limit any cancellation rights provided by applicable law.

4. Shipping and Delivery

Our Shipping Policy explains eligible destinations, processing times, estimated delivery times, and shipping charges.

The estimated delivery times in our Shipping Policy include order processing and transit time. No additional processing time needs to be added.

Delivery estimates may be affected by carrier delays, customs processing, weather, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

We remain your point of contact for delivery problems. If an order is significantly delayed, appears lost, or has not arrived, contact support@vevajoy.com. We will investigate with the carrier and provide an appropriate resolution under our policies and applicable law.

Using a third-party carrier does not remove our obligations to customers.

5. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery, subject to the eligibility conditions in our Returns & Exchanges Policy. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

For standard returns and exchanges, customers are responsible for return shipping costs and, where applicable, the cost of shipping the exchanged item to them. Any applicable shipping costs and price differences will be confirmed before proceeding.

For damaged, defective, or incorrect items supplied by us, we cover the necessary shipping costs.

Please contact us before returning an item so we can provide the correct instructions and designated return address in China.

Our Returns & Exchanges Policy provides full details about eligibility, exclusions, procedures, and refund processing. Nothing in these Terms or that policy limits your statutory consumer rights.
